Designed specifically for open water training and races.
The jammer lifts your hips up like a wetsuit and helps you find the right position in the water.
You will achieve the same effect as using a pull buoy, but it allows you to kick and turn naturally.
The Buoyancy Flex Jammer is made of extremely flexible 5mm GLIDESKIN on the front which is very useful in swimming sessions, while the back uses 3 mm bi-lined neoprene which reduces rubbing.

Paulan tiukkaa treeniä!
