Paulan tiukkaa treeniä!
Moikka! Kesä on jo pitkällä ja kisat alkanut. Mulle ensimmäinen kova treenitalvi takana. Tietenkin kovaa on treenattu alusta asti, mutta eri tavalla. Ensimmäiset pari vuotta on tehty pohjia sille, että pystyn treenaamaan kovaa. Pohjia tehdään edelleenkin. Onni on viisas valme...Hyvää joulun aikaa!
