Finis Posture Trainer

The Finis Posture Trainer promotes the correct alignment of the head and spine, which is the key to effective swim stroke.

When the Posture Trainer is attached to the back of the head, it should not be noticeable unless the swimmer exceeds the recommended position. Keeping the head in the correct position throughout the swimming movement corrects the alignment of the spine, which in turn raises the hips towards the optimum which in turn helps to increase the kicking force when the legs are not dropping lower slowing down the movement. The versatility of the Posture Trainer allows the use in all four swimming techniques and is suitable for use with or without swimgoggles.
