Pictured exercise cards for independent water training. The package includes: 3 cards with 8 exercises, each targeting the upper body, lower body and endurance. The pictures are clearly presented so that the exercises can be performed optimally.

Cards are made from plastic so you don't need to be afraid for them to get wet. You can use them in the water too.
