Legend Glacia is designed for use in extreme conditions.
Legend Glacia has better frost protection properties than any regulator previously manufactured by Aqua Lung. In addition, its features include similar breathing values as in the Legend Supreme.
Legend Glacia is equipped with three heat exchangers:
º The first completely surrounds the dry chamber of the pressure reducer
º The other is installed in the middle of the low pressure hose
º The third is in the usual position at the base of the dispenser body
Conventional elastomeric dispenser lids cure in cold water. The Legend Glacia has a strong aluminum machined dispenser cover. This helps to control the depressing of the forced feed button.
The dispensers have lip protectors that reduce heat loss from the face area
ACD = AUTO CLOSURE DEVICE
This system automatically protects your first stage from the environment as soon as it is disconnected from the tank valve. Even if stored without dust protection, the inside of the pressure reducer is protected against corrosion and dirt. However, the use of a dust cover is recommended to prevent damage from shocks.
