The description of the product Lifepak CR2
semi-automatic defibrillator in Finnish and English, suitable for both adults and children.
Easy to use The very easy-to-use "heartbeat" advises the user in either Finnish or English.
This makes it easier to use in many workplaces that also have workers from other countries.
The device guides the user during resuscitation and the metronome helps maintain the correct pressure rate.
The ClearVoice feature adjusts the volume so that guidance is heard even in louder noises.
Quick start-up The defibrillator starts automatically when the lid is opened and begins to instruct the user.
The QUIK-STEP el electrodes have a finished adhesive surface that appears when the electrodes are removed from the device.
Separate children's electrodes are not required because the defibrillator has a separate button that, when pressed, switches the device to children's mode. In this way, the device can also be used safely for children aged 1-8.
The electrodes are replaced approximately every 4 years or after use. A full battery has power for about 4 years or 166 shocks at 200 joules.
No unnecessary breaks in pressure recording During resuscitation, the Lifepak CR2 defibrillator monitors the patient's ECG. New cprINSIGHT technology analyzes heart rhythm and automatically detects when a defibrillation shock is needed. Thus, CPR does not need to be interrupted during the analysis, which significantly reduces unwanted breaks.
Maintenance free The device performs an automatic self-test daily, once a week and once a month.
The user should check the ready light once a month if the defi is not connected to the LIFELINKcentral ™ AED Program Manager interface to monitor defibrillator activity. In the event of a fault, the device sends a notification to the smartphone using a WiFi connection. The defibrillator also sends a report after testing its own functionality. This way you can always be sure that the Lifepak CR2 defibrillator is ready for use.
