Returns & refunds

If you are a private customer you have a restricted right to return your order. If you return products, they must be unused and like new, in the original packages, and all labels attached. You have the right to return goods within 14 days after receiving them. We will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the return has arrived to us.

If you return the goods to our store we'll pay back directly to your bank account.

If you return the goods using a parcel service, please fill in your bank account number (IBAN) and your contact information in case you're using other than the original or the copy of the original Delivery Note you received with the goods. If using the Delivery Note or copy of it, fill in the bank account number. You don't have to tell the reason for the return.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If packages have not been received, we will charge delivery and return fees.

The right of return does not apply to individual products such as custom-made outfits and engraved products.


Product failures

If the product has a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service immediately for instructions on return and prompt rectification: phone 050 5598 333 or info@ewdive.com.

When returning the product, use a Delivery Note or a copy of it. Write in your referral whether you want a new product in case of broken product-situation or money back. In no case will you incur costs for a defective product.
For this reason, contact us before returning and you will receive instructions on how to make the return free of charge!

You can also bring the defective product to our store, but in that case, please contact us first so that we can first order an intact replacement product.
